January Block

February Block

March Block

April Block

May Block

Come visit us at the BOM table and receive instructions on completing a 6 1/2 inch unfinished block.  A different block will be displayed each month along with variations in color and design.  There are many benefits of participating in BOM programs such as learning new techniques, playing with color, value and design using a limited amount of fabric.

There are 3 ways in which QGI members may choose to participate and be eligible to win prizes.
  •  Make a block, show us your block, and keep your block
  •  Make a block, show us your block, and donate the block.
  •  Make all 12 blocks or complete a project using any or all of the blocks.

What happens with the donated blocks?
Because blocks will be used to make quilts for family members of police officers or firemen that have fallen while serving our community, we ask that QGI members choose fabrics that are red, white, cream, gold, or blue.

Check each month's newsletter for the block instructions or click on the links on this page to download the patterns each month. Bring the completed block to the monthly meeting. Your participation will be greatly appreciated.
