Hello to everyone, Just wanted to update the group on where things are at for the guild. It doesn't seem likely that we will resume public meetings in the next few months. I have been exploring options using Zoom and will be testing the capabilities during the next weeks. I think this would be a good way for our group to have a safe meeting, see each other and share pictures in a live setting. Please watch for Jenny Quilter announcements regarding Zoom meetings. If we are successful, we might be able to have guest speakers giving lectures and perhaps workshops on line. I have reached out to see if Kathy McNeil, our schedule speaker for May, might be interested in trying a Zoom meeting and she is very interested. More on that later as we work out the logistics with having her at our meeting. We have tentatively planned a retreat at Clifty Falls in August, but we are on hold at this point to see what the status of Covid19 is. Our spring retreat that was originally scheduled for May has been moved to October. Maureen sent out emails to everyone who had signed up alerting them to this change.
